Apply for a family registration certificate

🔹 Method 1: Visit the NADRA Registration Center

  • Go to your nearest NADRA registration center.
  • Register yourself directly at the center.

🔹 Method 2: Family Registration Certificate (FRC) via Office Visit

  • 🏢 Visit the Family Registration Certificate (FRC) office.
  • 🎟️ Get a token.
  • 📸 A photograph of adults will be taken.
  • 📝 Enter your data and get it verified.
  • 🖨️ Your record will be printed and issued.

  • 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 If your children are below 18, they must be physically present.
  • 🎟️ Get a token, 📸 take a photograph, 📝 enter and verify data, 🖨️ receive a printout.
  • 🧑 If children are 18 or older, their data will be registered and verified before issuance.

  • 👶 Adopted child must be less than 1 year old.
  • 🎟️ Get a token, 📸 take the child’s photo, 📝 enter and verify data, 🖨️ receive a printout.

  • 📱 Download and use the Pak CNIC Mobile App.
  • 🖥️ Register and receive your digital FRC copy via email.
  • ✅ This is a simple and convenient method without visiting the office.

It is necessary to have a valid identity card.

Your name must match the official record in NADRA.

Photographs of children under the age of 18 are required in the family record.

Individuals who are not registered or have incomplete records will not appear in the Family Registration Certificate.

To be included in the certificate, such individuals must first update their identity card.

If there is a POC (Pakistan Origin Card) holder in the family, they must also register themselves.

POC holders should include other family members in the registration as well.

  • Family Registration Certificate: Spouse and children through marriage.

Children must have a 13-digit ID card number.

The name must match the NADRA records.

Children under 18 years of age in the Khan family must have their photographs recorded in NADRA.

Only individuals recorded in NADRA will be included in the Family Registration Certificate.

If any family member is a POC (Pakistan Origin Card) holder, it is mandatory to get them registered.

Relatives of the POC holder should also be included in the registration.
