To empower women and ensure their safety, the Meri Awaz Maryam Nawaz Virtual Police Station, was inaugurated on April 22, 2022. This system allows women to get help without having to go to the police station.

Women’s Immediate Assistance System

• Women can dial 15 and press 2 to get immediate help.
• IT-trained female police officers provide assistance.
• This system ensures women’s privacy, safety, and trust.

Virtual Center for Protection of Minorities

Established to safeguard the rights of minorities, this center plays a crucial role in reuniting missing children and elderly individuals with their families.

Key Features:

• Operates like a virtual police station.
• Emergency assistance available by pressing three buttons.
• The Meesaq Virtual Center for Minorities resolves issues efficiently, ensuring the protection of minority rights.

Smart City Projects

Under the vision of a safe Punjab, smart city projects have been launched across the province.

• Phase 1: Completed in Sheikhupura, Sialkot, Gujrat, Jhelum, Okara, Murree, and Attock.
• Phase 2: To be completed by 2025, covering Rahim Yar Khan, Bahawalpur, Multan, Sahiwal, and others.

World Blood Bank Initiative

A trial-based World Blood Bank has been launched to assist citizens in need of blood.

Working Women’s Hostel

To support working women, a hostel has been inaugurated, offering safe and comfortable accommodation.

• AI-based training by Safe City experts.

Crime Stopper Initiative

Citizens can confidentially report crimes through the Crime Stopper helpline or Safe City website.

Reportable Crimes:

Meri Pahchan Service

This service helps identify missing persons, mentally or physically challenged individuals, and unidentified bodies.
