Apni Zameen Apna Ghar – Good news from Maryam Nawaz for low-income and homeless people of Punjab. Those who do not have their own house or whose ID card does not have any land registered on it and it is not their own house can take advantage of this scheme and get their own house. There is a three marla scheme in which a lottery will be held. Those whose names will be mentioned will also be given three marla land and a loan of up to Rs 15 lakh will also be given to build a house.
Apni Zameen Apna Ghar – This scheme is completely free in which the three marla land will be given to you completely free of cost. You will also be given money to build on it and 19 districts are included for this. 19 districts have been included in the starting list of Punjab so far. In these districts, a lottery will be held for the people and those whose names will be mentioned will be given three marla land and a loan of up to Rs 15 lakh will also be given to build a house.

Eligibility criteria for apni zameen apna ghar scheme
✅ Must be a citizen of Punjab
You must belong to the province of Punjab.
📍 Should be from one of the 19 eligible districts
Only applicants from the specified 19 districts can apply.
💰 Monthly income should be less than Rs. 50,000
Your household income must not exceed this limit.
🎟️ 2,000 plots will be given through a lottery
Plots will be allotted via a computerized draw system.

🆔 CNIC must be valid and not expired
