How to apply in apni zameen apna ghar scheme 2025

Apni Zameen Apna Ghar – Good news from Maryam Nawaz for low-income and homeless people of Punjab. Those who do not have their own house or whose ID card does not have any land registered on it and it is not their own house can take advantage of this scheme and get their own house. There is a three marla scheme in which a lottery will be held. Those whose names will be mentioned will also be given three marla land and a loan of up to Rs 15 lakh will also be given to build a house.

Apni Zameen Apna Ghar – This scheme is completely free in which the three marla land will be given to you completely free of cost. You will also be given money to build on it and 19 districts are included for this. 19 districts have been included in the starting list of Punjab so far. In these districts, a lottery will be held for the people and those whose names will be mentioned will be given three marla land and a loan of up to Rs 15 lakh will also be given to build a house.

Eligibility criteria for apni zameen apna ghar scheme

✅ Must be a citizen of Punjab
You must belong to the province of Punjab.

📍 Should be from one of the 19 eligible districts
Only applicants from the specified 19 districts can apply.

💰 Monthly income should be less than Rs. 50,000
Your household income must not exceed this limit.

🎟️ 2,000 plots will be given through a lottery
Plots will be allotted via a computerized draw system.

📋 Only winners of the lottery will receive the plots
Names must appear in the official lottery list to qualify.

🆔 CNIC must be valid and not expired
Your Computerized National Identity Card should be current.

🏠 You must not own any land or house
Ownership of land or property will disqualify you.

📝 Must be registered with NSER (National Socio-Economic Registry)
Your name should be present in the NSER database.

How to apply in apni zameen apna ghar scheme

Visit the official website: https://azag.punjab.gov.pk

  1. After fulfilling all the conditions, go to the official website of Apni Zameen Apna Ghar.
  2. Log in using your CNIC ID.
  3. Enter your personal details and complete your registration.
  4. After registration, wait for the official draw to take place.
  5. If your name is selected in the draw, you will be eligible.
  6. Selected individuals will receive a loan of up to Rs. 15 lakhs.
  7. This loan is provided for a 10 marla plot and house under the scheme.

Eligible district for apni zameen apna ghar scheme

This scheme is for 19 districts of Punjab. People of these districts can get their land and houses, including Attock, Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, Bakhar, Janot, Faisalabad, Gujarat, Jang Jhelum, Kasur, Khushab, Layyah, Lodhran, Mandi, Bahauddin, Okara, Rajanpur, Sahiwal.Includes Sargodha and Vehari

Conclusion

There is great news for the homeless and low-income people whose income is less than 50 thousand and are registered in NSER. They can apply for their land in Apna Ghar and get up to 15 lakh rupees free of cost. They can wait for their names to appear through their application, and in case of non-admission in the application, they can get three stages of land and a loan of up to 15 lakh rupees.

Which districts are included in this scheme?

The scheme currently includes 19 districts of Punjab:
Attock, Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, Bhakkar, Chiniot, Faisalabad, Gujrat, Jhang, Jhelum, Kasur, Khushab, Layyah, Lodhran, Mandi Bahauddin, Okara, Rajanpur, Sahiwal, Sargodha, and Vehari.

How many plots are available?

A total of 2,000 plots will be distributed initially via a computerized lottery system.

What happens if I don’t get selected in the first draw?

Even if your name is not selected initially, you may still qualify in future phases, as land and loans will be distributed in multiple stages.
